Looking for a true SharePoint Designer/Developer that has ‘grown-up’ with SharePoint and doing things the SharePoint way. · 5+ years of SharePoint out-of-box GUI (front-end) / SharePoint Designer experience with 2007/2010/2013 on premise versions. · Preferably 1+ years of production experience in 2013 on premise. Experience should be at the Power User level / SharePoint Support / SharePoint Development. Best candidate is someone that provides support for SharePoint and customizes SharePoint from requests submitted by the business. · The individual has always been identified as a Site Collection Administrator and/or Site Owner of sites will Full Control permission level. · Understanding, at a high level, the functionality that SharePoint has out-of-box. · Knowledge of how to complete different requests in a variety of ways within SharePoint so that the best solution for the situation is used. · Ability to complete customizations 99% of the time through the GUI or SharePoint Designer. Not looking for someone with Visual Studio development. · Understanding and experience with SharePoint permissions. · SharePoint Designer workflows with skills beyond an email notification workflow · SharePoint Designer customized out-of-box forms.
