Should have the ability to work/coordinate with multiple teams/vendors.* *Experience Required* - Strong HR Domain Knowledge in Core HR and Payroll in People Soft. - 4+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience in modules - Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, NA Payroll - End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion in at least two big implementations with large user base. - Should have the integration knowledge in cloud platform (PAAS). - Project Management experience is a must - Knowledge of *Oracle HCM Data Model* and ability to perform Integration/Data Conversion activities - Exposure to Data masking , Fusion HCM security - Configuration across modules - develop configuration workbooks and data management standards for *Fusion*. - Ability to review Functional and Technical solutions with Development and Solutions group and provide feedback. - Comfortable with Process-flows & Functional-flows of HCM modules. - Experience in working directly with customers - This role will involve working with the project team from various tracks like PMO, functional, Development & Architect, Infrastructure and Testing teams - Solution Architect with Project Management.
