Role : Couchbase DB profiles Location : Chicago IL Duration : 6 months (extendable) Role Description: Ø Hands-on experience in CouchDB and Web development technologies specifically Javascript and HTTP. Ø Good programming experience in Java, J2EE technologies Ø Expertise on NoSQL solutions like MongoDB, CouchDB, etc. and be comfortable with commercial solutions too. Ø Comfortable with Agile methodologies in order to be able to arrive at difficult engineering decisions quickly. Ø Good to have experience with big data analytics projects Ø Proven ability to lead a team of engineers Ø Analytical and problem solving skills, applied to Big Data domain Ø Propose best practices/standards. Skills/Competencies: Ø At least 7-8 years of experience in software development life cycle of Java, J2EE technologies and No SQL solutions. Ø At least 3-4 years of experience in Design and architecture review. Ø At least 3-4 years of experience with CouchDB.
