*Location : **Michigan- Auburn Hills* *Duration : 7+ Months * *M.O.I : Phone Then Skype* *MUST BE USC & GC ONLY* *Need these details with the submission.* *Education- Startdate, Enddate | Name | Institute | Degree | Country* *Job Description – Developer having background in Java based projects with experience in support life cycle.* *Responsibilities * - Support Java Spring MVC framework and Jquery based applications related to gift card activation process - Participate in designing and developing of application systems and/ or life cycle enhancements to existing applications in multiple system environments - Manage day to day Incident related to the application – Level 2 support - Address reported issues through phone calls from Level 1 support (L1 will do initial triage of incidents) - Interacting with other related team from customer like Middleware and infrastructure team to resolve issues – ie.
