*Position:- SAP Basis Admin * *Duration:- 6 Months contract* *Location:- Chicago IL * *MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face * *Need Only USC, GC OR EAD GC* The requested resource will have ABAP and Java knowledge to support an enterprise wide environment. SAP modules such as ECC, CRM, SRM, CRM, Portal, PI and Solution Manager (28 total Production Modules) will require an admin with excellent performance monitoring, with break and fix support across multiple environments and systems. Verbal and written skill are mandatory with an emphasis on knowledge transfer and process management. *Major responsibilities and duties:* · Performance monitoring 9 environments (Sandbox – Production) · Provide documentations and potentially instructions for break and fix issues within any/all modules supported · Monitor and maintain assigned modules and confirm performance metrics and issues · Document implementations executed with knowledge transfer and overview sessions · Proven experience in a SAP environment with an emphasis on inter-module communication · Experience in ramping up and down quickly on projects to provide backfill support · Develop and implement performance and maintenance processes and transfer process to other teams · Ensure changes adhere to corporate practices and are properly prioritized and scheduled. · Support critical SAP processes working with developers and business teams together for solution and effective documentation for resolutions *Requirements*: · A specific focus on excellent soft skills (Written, verbal and electronic communication skills) · 3-5 years of SAP basis experience · Bachelor's degree (requested) · Experience in SAP ABAP (ex. ECC, CRM, EWM, SCM), Java (ex.
