*Overview of Responsibilities:*-Accountable for analysis, design,
development, implementations, and upgrades of infrastructure, software, and
technology solutions.
-Responsible for assisting with buy, rent, build decisions; designs and
documents functional and non-functional requirements with appropriate
methodology.
-Responsible for using best practices and knowledge of internal or external
business needs to improve and meet service level expectations.
* Required Skills: *-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and
work experience
-Minimum 6 years’ experience in Systems Administration or Systems
Engineering.
-Specifically, experience working very proficiently with HP uCMDB version
10.20 and the Configuration Manager component.
-Experience with these auto discovery tools: WMI, NNMi, Tivoli.
* Experience should include demonstrated proficiency in:*1. Service
Management (ITIL)
2. Unified Modeling Language (UML) or equivalent
3. Engineering standards and best practices
4. Developing estimates for support or projects (Required)
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with
immediate team members, other IS areas, and clients in other departments
· Ability to set priorities for scope, risk and quality of technology
solutions to meet business needs
· Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions across all levels
of the organization
· Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies required
· Someone that can just jump in and start working from day one. Looking for
person to share knowledge with staff on areas they are still learning as
well.
*Preferred skills:-*Nice to have would be experience in Tanium or Qualys.
