Performance Test Lead Location : Mason OH. *Job Description:* Collects non-functional requirements and convert them into performance test plan. - Create and execute performance test scenarios - Develops data driven performance test scripts to help validate performance of applications/ products based on the requirements. - Proficient with HP Performance Center to design and execute performance tests against Applications with a multi-tier architecture. - Analyzes the data gathered from performance tests with an eye towards application performance, availability and capacity with the goals of ensuring the optimal user experience and reducing hardware costs. *Required Skills:* - 7+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications. - 5+ years of experience on any performance testing tool -HP Performance Center. - Prior experience on SAP Protocol, Mobile Protocol - Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools. - Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause like Dynatrace, HP diagnostics. - Hands-on experience with performance testing SAP,Mobile, Web and Java applications. - Strong written, oral & presentation skills. - Good communication and customer facing skills - Must be able to work independently as well as within a group while handling projects.
