*Job Description::*
-Our client has implemented Maximo enterprise wide to be the supply chain,
work and asset management solution for the company.
-There is an open position is for a senior Maximo application developer to
work on a Maximo implementation project.
-The focus of the position will be technical in nature with the developer
starting on the effort in the design phase and working through
implementation.
-The developer will be required to review business requirements and
functional designs and develop a technical design document.
-He/she will then be required to build the Maximo components to support the
design, support testing via fix-it activities and be part of the deployment
process.
*Skills Requirements:*
1. In depth experience with Maximo version 7.5 including development of
screens, workflows, applications, integration via the MIF architecture,
extensions, etc. (Must Have)
2. Experience in large scale Maximo project implementation (Must Have)
3. Experience completing project deliverables required to support
development efforts, such as the creation of technical design
specifications, unit test plans, defect resolution. (Must Have)
4. Experience in translating functional requirements and high level design
into technical requirements and designs. (Must Have)
5. Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written (Must
Have)
6. Ability to work in a matrixed team environment, with employees and
consultants (Must Have)
7. Proficient in use of SQL and understanding of relational databases (Must
Have)
8. Oracle database experience. (Must Have)
9. Experienced in Java to create custom Maximo extensions. (Must Have) 10.
Experienced in using TRM Rules Manager with Maximo. (Nice to Have)
11. Experience with business processes and Maximo function in the Utility
space. (Nice to Have)
12. Knowledge of work and asset management and supply chain processes.
