*Need GC OR US CItizen with Good communication. * I need a Business Analyst for a long term project at Bank client. The project is Electronic commerce and they have to have ACH (Automated Clearing House) experience in a Banking/financial institution. Phone and Skype to hire. This contract will continue to re-new. Good communication skills are essential. SUMMARY:Responsible for working collaboratively with department managers in the Bank Services and Retail Banking divisions to implement projects / programs that help meet financial revenue, operating efficiency and strategic goals, as well as regulatory requirements. Performs business needs analysis, gathers and documents requirements in the electronic payments area which includes: internet banking, cash management, check processing, ACH, debit/credit card payment systems, and wire transfers. Acts as a liaison between IT and the business on assigned projects and works closely with the project manager to keep stakeholders informed of progress. Coordinates test plans to meet project requirements and helps drive user acceptance testing to produce quality deliverables. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide both strategic and detailed support to the Project Manager on significant projects and initiatives. Responsible for working with various business units to analyze and define user requirements in order to develop the service/product that meets the strategic needs of the Business Unit. Ability to act in Project Manager capacity on selected initiatives Proactively collaborates with the business to identify potential process improvements and enhancements that increase efficiencies and decrease costs. Translate business needs into design documents and specifications; document current state and future state process workflows Work with vendors on configuring third party solutions to meet the process needs of the Business Unit. Defines and documents the test plan and coordinates user acceptance testing to help ensure delivery of a quality solution. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in retail/commercial banking project implementations. 5+ years business analyst experience ACH project-related experience required*** Six Sigma background a plus PMP and/or IIBA certification strongly preferred. Experience in requirements gathering & facilitation sessions Experience with vendor management Demonstrates understanding of consumer banking regulations Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and independent execution skills Demonstrates ability to grasp new concepts quickly Demonstrates facilitation, collaboration and relationship management skills.
