*Job Description::*
Airwatch specifically, mam, mem, and mag implementation. i am open to
talking to anyone with airwatch deployment experience at a mid-to-senior
level.
* Primary duties: *•Plan, create and deploy security and device management
policies utilizing mobile device management best practices
•Distribute enterprise applications for mobile devices
•Assist in maintaining corporate liability mobile device inventory
•Create, test and maintain hardware images and configuration for both old
and newly installed hardware when necessary.
•Utilize hard/software reference libraries/websites during product review
and problem determination phases
*Secondary duties:*•Assist end users via telephone, email and in person
with a wide range of question, problems and requests with their mobile
connectivity needs.
•Ability to establish & maintain a high level of customer trust & confidence
•Must possess the ability to explain complex technology and theories in
layman terms.
•Must possess above average attention to detail and accuracy in creating
detailed technical documentation
•Perform highly skilled technical work involving development and support of
computer/mobile related system, networks and associated hardware
*Requirements:*•Minimum 2 years working experience with airwatch
deployments and administration.
•Minimum 4 years of documented it experience required
•In-depth knowledge of mobile device and mobile apps troubleshooting
methods both client and server-side is required
•Experience with
•Exchange activesync
•Distributing enterprise applications for mobile device using airwatch
•Wireless network (wi-fi) setup and troubleshooting
•Mobile 4g/lte wireless set up and troubleshooting
•Experience in medium and large cross division technology projects
•Analysis and investigation skills, with a structured approach to problem
solving
