skillsets are 100% required in the same resource.
Empower version-2 or version-3 are both OK
Items 4 & 5, can be ignored for your screening purposes.
Secondary needs:
Very nice for resource to have some Pharma background, so he/she has a
grasp of unique environmental factors like Regulatory concerns.
