I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation. *Business Analyst – Process Analysis & Design* *Consumer Energy – * *Location-Jackson MI* *12+ month contract* *US Citizen/Green Card* *Skills & experience preferred:* - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Ability to deal with situations involving ambiguity. - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments. - Experience in the utility industry. - Previous experience in establishing quality assurance function. - Experience using CA Clarity PPM tool and/or other scheduling tools desirable. - Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities - Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources - Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint - Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipate obstacles and develop plans to resolve - Actively generate & engage in process improvements; support and drive change, and confront difficult circumstances in creative ways *Requirements:* - Minimum of 7 years’ experience with one or more structured development methodologies. - Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Project Management methodologies. - Advanced studies in Computer Science, IT Management, Business or related subject required.
