Infrastructure</strong></p><p><strong>United

NC</strong></p><p><strong>Program Background</strong><br>Clorox will be 
upgrading its core SAP systems and infrastructure platform over the course of 
the next several years. Key foundation and architectural assessments are being 
performed to obtain as-is portfolio libraries for application and 
infrastructure components. Outcomes of these assessments will drive an 
understanding of environment risks and dependencies to support the key Business 
capabilities and IT services. A holistic and integrated set of priorities will 
be established and key for the success of the Core Systems and Infrastructure 
Upgrade Program. These 2 programs will define the future platform requirements, 
architecture targets, and strategic roadmap for the next 
3-5yrs.</p><p><strong><i>POSITION SUMMARY:</i></strong><br>As Program Manager, 
developing requisite program objectives, milestones, team and project structure 
will be a top priority. Additionally, creating dependency maps, critical 
success factors, and risk mitigation tactics to ensure Stakeholders and IT 
Leadership can be informed and make executive decisions to enable success is of 
highest importance.<br>Responsible for the oversight of strategic programs 
approved by Clorox business stakeholders and delivered by the IT organization. 
Additionally, this position is responsible for executing IT delivery processes 
that include - Project Charter Creation, Approval &amp; Authorization, Project 
Oversight, Issue and Escalation Management, and Risk Management. Responsible 
for delivery of approved business and technical outcomes as well as ensuring 
project financial and quality objectives are met through effective 
program/project management.<br>This position will work closely with the 
Enterprise Architecture and Delivery Teams to implement projects to ensure 
Company Core IT Systems are upgraded to address End of Life issues. The 
successful candidate will have a background and experience in SAP Applications 
and Infrastructure and Technology Stack. Candidate would have led several SAP 
Infrastructure transformations including but not limited to OS Migration, DB 
Upgrades, Cloud migrations and has some background in Network and Security 
related impacts as a result of this transformation. Directs the development and 
effective delivery of server, storage, networks, security, cloud computing, 
communications, monitoring and disaster recovery systems</p><p><strong>Key 
Responsibilities (in descending order of importance) and % of Time:</strong> 
<strong>Project/Program Management (70% of time)</strong></p><ul><li>Business

<li>Establish and maintain working relationship with business management, 
program sponsors, Service Providers, technology management</li>
<li>Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive clarity on work, 
expectations</li>

and ultimately realized</li>
<li>Communicate issues &amp; status to the affected stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure program/project tasks in place to drive adoption</li>
<li>Delivery Management</li>

<li>Responsible for project approval and authorization and project initiation 
process</li>
<li>Coordinate and integrate projects across the program to avoid and resolve 
inter-project and/or cross-functional conflicts</li>
<li>Coordinate execution and implementation of projects with stakeholders, 
business and Service Providers</li>
<li>Sequence and stage transition implementation plans</li>
<li>Ensure business tasks such as requirements, change, adoption plans are 
outlined</li>
<li>Ensure system requirements and/or enhancements needed to support the 
successful design, development and implementation of IT programs, process and 
tools are identified in collaboration with IT architecture and service 
management teams</li>
<li>Ensure specific mitigation action items &amp; due dates are agreed to in 
response to actual events or circumstances and then followed up on</li>
<li>Facilitate timely and effective resolution of escalated issues. Proactively 
engage management support for resolution</li>
<li>Performance Management</li>

<li>Establish project measures to ensure that the project is on time, on budget 
and meets expectations</li>
<li>Enforce consistency across the program regarding how project status is 
reported at the program level</li>
<li>Communicate status of program to program sponsors, steering committee and 
stakeholders on a regular basis</li>
<li>Risk Management</li>

<li>Perform program risk assessment and assist in evaluating and identifying 
controls for the risks. Maintain and closely monitor the program risk 
management plan</li>
<li>Financial Management</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Monitor the overall reliability of project estimates vs. actual 
performance.</li>
<li>May engage in budget and financials management</li>
<li>Partner with contract management team to review deliverables against 
contract and verify invoices</li>
<li>Resource Management</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Develop team structure, roles and identify needed staffing.</li>
<li>Manage program resources (IT, Business, and Service Provider).</li>
<li>Identify and resolve resource gaps, conflicts as they occur. Escalate 
issues with business, IT or Service Provider performance in a timely 
manner.</li>
<li>Oversee effectiveness of IT outsourced projects</li>
</ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Mgmt (20% of 
time)</strong></p><ul>
<li>Continuously improve PMO project delivery best practices including IT 
delivery processes, policies and practices</li>
<li>Identify and implement best practices in coordination with IT architecture 
and service delivery leads and the Service Provider to enhance the end user 
experience and reduce operating cost</li>
<li>Collaborate with Service Performance Management team to identify and 
implement improvement measures</li>
<li>Promote the use of knowledge management processes and tools</li>
<li>Share / leverage successful products, processes and best practices across 
technology</li>
<li>Generate ideas for new / improved business and technology functions / 
initiatives</li>
</ul><p><strong>People Management (10% of time)</strong></p><ul>
<li>Maintain internal and external executive level relationships</li>
<li>Build strong sense of trust and collaboration across all key business

</ul><p><strong><i>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</i></strong></p><ul><li>Years and Type 
of Experience:</li></ul><ul>
<li>10+ years IT or professional services experience in IT delivery of SAP 
transformational programs.</li>
<li>5+ years formal project management experience managing various types of IT 
projects (e.g., discovery, software development, infrastructure, capital, 
Business Intelligence)</li>
<li>Experience working with various project and portfolio management tools and 
methodologies (e.g., MS Office including Project, Sharepoint, and Visio, 
ServiceNow, PPM, Agile/Scrum methods, ASAP/waterfall)</li>
<li>Evidence of successfully managing diverse project teams (e.g., outsourced, 
multi-vendor, or geographically distributed)</li>
<li>Experience in working in information security, risk management, security 
assessment, security operations.</li>
<li>(Preferred) Information Security Certificate(s) such as: CISSP, CompTia 
Security +, CISA, CISM</li>
