*Required Skills, knowledge and abilities:*

• 5+ years EDI business analyst experience, with a deep understanding of
the ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI standards, in a supply chain application.

• Has a broad understanding of SAP functionality, and IDocs.

• Experience with working with the Agile development methodology and use of
JIRA.

• Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from
multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information
into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general
understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true
needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.

• Ability to work with the vast array of information and to cope with
rapidly changing information.

• Able to understand business functionality and translate it into
application requirements.

• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project
interdependencies.

• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

• Absorb complex technical information and communicates effectively to both
technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong customer interaction, organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple priorities.

• Ability to deliver to an established schedule.

• Ability to work as a collaborative team player, in a fast paced
environment.

• Strong work ethic.

• Ability to closely manage and track assigned integration projects with
minimal direction.

• Able to learn quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and integrity.



*Preferred Skills:*

• Experience working in a Sterling B2B Integrator technical environment,
with a working knowledge of the transformation map tools.

• Knowledge of Rosettanet, XML, and Tradacoms.
