US IT Bench Sales Recruiter needed for Hyderabad, India Office We are looking for a IT bench sales recruiter with strong background in marketing IT professionals to work at our Hyderabad, India office. Working Hours 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST Job Duties: · Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) with Tier1,2 vendors. · Working directly with Tier 1,2 Vendors/Implementation partners and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team. · Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiate best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals. · Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. · Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench consultants placed in minimal turnaround time. Minimum Qualifications: · Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience working with an IT staffing firm is a must. · Excellent phone & interpersonal skills. · Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, familiar with other Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn required systems. · Must perform well in fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment. · Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude. · Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment.
