We are looking for US IT bench sales recruiter with strong background in marketing IT professionals to work at our Hyderabad, India office.
Working Hours 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST *Job Duties:* · ·Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) with Tier1,2 vendors. ·Working directly with Tier 1,2 Vendors/Implementation partners and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team. ·Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiate best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals. · ·Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. · Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench consultants placed in minimal turnaround time. Minimum Qualifications: · Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience working with an IT staffing firm is a must. · Excellent phone & interpersonal skills. · Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word, familiar with other Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn required systems. · Must perform well in fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment. · Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude. · Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment.
