Summary:

Accountable for the day-to-day operational support for professional voice
systems, to include administration, monitoring and Move, Add, Change (MAC)
work orders.  Provide operational support through pre-defined processes.
Ensure operational governance and compliance for both internal and external
controls and policies.



Responsibilities:

Support and own Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) work orders and assist in
trouble shooting of issues for Professional Voice Production platforms to
include:



•             Complete MACD work orders within established SLAs

•             Provide assistance to troubleshoot Cisco CCM equipment at
Capital One locations

•             Perform administration, configuration and monitoring of all
Cisco CCM equipment

•             Maintain documentation

•             Assist in the planning and implementation of the corporate
network infrastructure supporting the voice environment

•             Participate in on-call support for Voice Network systems

•             Maintain Cisco voice solutions, including Call Manager, Unity
Connection and voice Gateways as well as additional platforms when required

•             Participate in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
planning in Voice environment to minimize work disruption

•             Track performance against SLA’s

•             Identify opportunities and drive service improvements

•             Manage assets and inventory (to include sparing)

•             Ensure Preventative Maintenance is completed as specified by
Voice Engineering

•             Support IPC Unigy Platform

o             New Turret / user request / work order

o             Monitor vendor installation of new turre

o             Troubleshooting

o             Health checks



Basic Qualifications:



•             2 years Cisco VoIP experience

•             HS Graduate

•             1 year of experience working within an ITIL framework or
similar Operations  model



Preferred Qualifications:



•             Bachelors degree in Information Systems/MIS or Science

•             CCNP certification is desired, but hands on experience
preferred.

•             ITIL V2 or V3 foundations certification
