(The candidate need not deep BPC experience but should have implemented BPC and prior engagements) · Ability to set boundaries around scope. For example the client may want to replicate a current financial process that would be a custom build in BPC, the candidate should explain why this is not in their best interest and provide alternative solutions within the footprint of BPC and accommodate the majority of the business requirements. · Ability to communicate effectively - the candidate should be very strong in their communication skills. · These are the most important criteria for the potential solution architect.
