*CA-California/Temecula Duration::: 6+ monthsMOI::: Phone then face to face * *Job Description::* *NATURE AND SCOPE::* -Work within the Business Intelligence team to design and develop key reports within SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence and Analysis for Office -Have an understanding of data modeling and be able to transform raw data into formatted and filtered reports to be utilized by suppliers, customers, and various internal functional teams. -Understand business functional requirements and reporting tool functionality; synthesize the requirements and business intelligence capabilities to produce required reports and report documentation. *PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES::* -Under direction, to analyze, create, develop, validate, optimize and provide report/data output specifications for assigned applications as requested by report consumers. -Define, analyze, and provide detailed specifications for, and writes new reports, including appropriate distribution methods to support future operational workflow processes. -Work with functional teams to do “needs analysis”, to determine reporting needs for the report consumers. -Work with the appropriate subject matter experts and other project team members in design, build, and validation sessions. -Build new reports and data extracts, utilizing SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence & Analysis for MS Office) Applications. -Research and recommend solutions to a variety of report and SAP Universe problems. -Identify, validate and index appropriate reporting solution for various reporting or extract needs. -Develop and document the internal procedures that are used in conjunction with report writing. -Meet commitments within the established timeframes. *SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES::* -None. *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES::* -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Access and MS Excel -Knowledge of SAP Business Objects applications and general database structure -Understanding of dimensional modeling for data warehouse/data marts -Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts and adapt quickly to changes -Excellent troubleshooting skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong Analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills -Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team -Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and deliver projects on time -Ability to perform in a team environment -Able to work on multiple projects or multiple complex tasks with competing priorities -Understand and internalize the Company’s purpose; Display loyalty to the Company and its organizational values. -Display enthusiasm & dedication to learning various applications within SAP Business Objects. *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED::* -Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Math. *Regards, Rashmi Singh(Technical Resource Specialist)Ramy Infotech IncPhone: 408-317-9256 Ext-334 Fax : 408-273-6834Email: rashmi.si...@ramyinfotech.com <rashmi.si...@ramyinfotech.com>Note: We are working with prime vendor (One Layer between) for this position. * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business_Intelligence" group.
