*Required:*7+ years of experience in complex development environments, taking abstract concepts and ideas and formulating a detailed software engineering plan to deliver 5+ years’ experience implementing dynamic, high performing, and scalable workflow automation solutions Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Sound knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures Sound knowledge of design and programming techniques that provide security Expertise to debug code to troubleshoot and analyze defects Expert knowledge/experience with querying databases for complex data lookup/update Perform code reviews with associate team members Hands on development experience in any of the programming ECM platform stacks: IBM, Microsoft, or Hyland highly preferred Hands on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / VB / VC++ / C++/J2EE.
