*Responsibilities:* Onboarding Identification – HCM and Client (Active Directory Accounts) Back Office Staff Agencies Warehouse Personnel Brokers/Vendors WebAPI / EP/RF Smart/ MPos Onboarding Requests – communications with HR /HCM accounts Onboarding Requests – communications with Client / AD Accounts Works with the Business Units to identify Roles Management of Roles (New, updates to existing) Security of Roles Password Resets Monthly Security Patch Update Schedules for all environments Communication with Client Creating schedules and organizing resources Incident Management – CSC Tickets Monitors the CSC Incidents relative to LMP 2.0 environment Gives updates to management team as to the ticket status Provides reports on CSC Tickets to Management *Experience required:* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Dynamics AX Admin position Strong organizational skills (must keep track of several thousand accounts) Good Microsoft office and computer skills, Dynamics AX Strong communication and Time management skills ------------------------------ Regards: Amer Ali - Sr.IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
