Hello Kennsy! I had also purchased 12 TAMANI offices (in 1 block) around 6 months ago with my partner and the same story was for me. We paid 10% and finally they decided to cancel the deal and take all the 10% paid amount as penalty just because of 2 weeks delay!! after lots of negotiations we took 7% of our paid amount back with -3% premium ! But I'm happy now because I got rid of this poor developer and have some money in my pocket at least...
