Hi Bhuvna, I have 3 clients now looking for warehouses in different areas, see requirements below:
1) 6,000 sq.ft in Al Qouz area only, should be commercial warehouse. This company supplies packing materials. Budget is 26aed per sq.ft w/o tax or 30aed including tax. 2) 7,000 sq.ft commercial warehouse in anywhere in Dubai because they're looking for cheaper options, I think DIP area shoudl be fine for them. Type of their business is meat production and sausages. Should be commercial and permitted to run production. Budget is 20aed per sq.ft. 3) 12,000 - 13,000 sq.ft commercial warehouse in DIP or other areas with reasonable price. This is also related with production, this company is going to open a flour mill and budget is 20 to 25aed per sq.ft.
