*Position: * *Java Lead/Architect. Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 6+ Months* *Qualifications:* 1. Must have Lead experience rolling out and developing a large enterprise portal (B2B, B2C,Employee) 2. Prior experience with *Web environments* (N-tier) in a lead or direction setting role. 3. Ability to direct, well defined technical projects as a project manager of off-shore resources. 4. Exceptional coding ability in *JSP, Spring, Hibernate, and XML* 5. Experience with all aspects of enterprise portal architecture including: Database Design, experience with *Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and/or any other RDBMS, ESB* (Enterprise Service Bus), EAI experience (Enterprise Application Integration). 6. An understanding of Enterprise architecture including: *TCP/IP Networking, HTTP,* *SMTP,* Firewalls and Proxies. 7. Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate to all level of management in written and verbal form 8. Experience with *HTML, JavaScript, Apache, Tomcat, Servlets, JSP*. 9. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related area and ten plus years of experience in the field or in a related area. 10. Highest level technical expert in designing *N-Tier, J2EE*applications to ensure they are robust, extensible, and easy to maintain. 11. Must be an advisor on key technical decisions, architectural standards, guidelines and best practices. 12. Demonstrate *LEAD* expertise in design patterns, technical decisions, architectural standards, guidelines and best practices. 13. Demonstrate *LEAD* experience in providing guidance and advice to various groups on *Java/J2EE architecture* and experience on ensuring project on target. 14.
