Job Description
Title : SAP IS-U CCS Device Management (Front Office)
Location : Sacramento, CA

Scope of Work:
The contractor is expected to work with the staff during the blueprint,
realization and go live phases of the SAP upgrade project from R/3 4.7 and
IS-U 4.71 to ECC 6.0.
The contractor should be a senior-level SAP Functional Analyst experienced
with the implementation and troubleshooting of ECC 6.0 IS-U CCS
functionality; specifically in-depth experience with IMG configuration of
device management. The contractor will document work processes, conduct
workshops, evaluate new functionality, make recommendations for enhancement,
develop technical specification and perform unit/integration testing. The
contractor should have recent experience configuring ECC 6.0 and should
demonstrate a broad range of configuration knowledge related to SAP IS-I CCS
upgrades and installations; including the impact on business processes.
Mandatory Qualifications (Candidates not meeting the Mandatory
Qualifications will not be considered.)
• Must have at least 3 years experience with IS-U CCS Device Management
• Hands-on experience with the upgrade of IS-U CCS to ECC 6.0 or the
implementation of ECC 6.0
• Detailed configuration experience and/or knowledge of Technical Device
and Connection Data, Device Installation, Removal, and Replacement,
Disconnections and Reconnections, and Meter Reading
• Must be strong on analysis and executing functional/technical testing
• At least 1 lifecycle implementation (business process blueprint,
detailed design, configuration, testing, and support)
• Experience with tall phases of an implementation including business
process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support
• Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience with IS-U CCS Billing is highly desired
• Experience with Meter Data Management interfaces, Itron PremierPlus4
version 3.2 or higher, HP Loadrunner tool or equivalent
