Ideally they should have worked in process design or modeling using ARIS. Resource need to participate in design sessions, starting with our existing process flows and updating them and receiving approvals from subject matter experts as the sessions progressed. Understanding of Business processes in Backend SAP, Siebel systems would be an advantage.
