Location: MD Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $35/Hr Responsibilities: Maintain production servers in a Windows environment. User and Group Administration in Active Directory . Assisting with building and supporting Windows and Exchange servers. Administering nightly server backups. Assist in configuring Cisco routers and switches. After-hours and emergency incident response and maintenance functions Understating of VOIP. Distribute maintenance requests to regional operations centers and internal clients for approval/notification. Assist with the installation, testing and turn-up of new circuits and new nodes for operational use. Provide input for network planning and budgeting purposes. Maintain network documentation including diagrams, maps, configurations, server backups for global distribution. Carry company cell phone for after-hours and emergency support. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Windows 2003 server administration (AD) 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Exchange administration. Working knowledge of Cisco switches and routers Working knowledge of IBM/Dell server hardware. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. Effective interpersonal communications skills (MCSE) required. MCP) in Exchange 2007 highly desirable.
