FileNET Business Analyst
Job Description * Analyze business processes and performs needed assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives * Interpret business needs and translate them into system requirements * Write business specifications and forward them to technical staff for system development * Interpret systems specifications to develop, maintain and support automated business processes * Provide FileNET P8 CE & PE expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements * Plan and execute acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements * All other duties as assigned Skill Set: * Good Product knowledge of FileNet P8 ECM platform (4.0/4.5), including Content Engine, Application Engine, Process Engine and IBM Content On-Demand. * At least 4- 6 years of experience in FileNET CE & PE technologies including; implementation, application architecture and business analysis/process designs tied to workflow applications or process/content automation. * Hands on experience with the FileNet P8 Workplace XT and integration patterns. * Ability to provide application architecture leadership and development support for solution development. Preferred (MINIMUM) * Experience with Medicaid or Healthcare processing systems, especially in the areas of Provider, Claims /Operations and/or Recipient. * Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare field (preferably Medicaid) * Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team * Must have an excellent ability to communicate (both verbal and written) with both technical and non-technical staff and clients * Strong deadline and task management skills * Sound discretionary judgment skills * Background in requirements analysis and detail design of large-scale software development projects * Experience working in a structured project management environment * Strong analysis skills * Prior experience interfacing with customers * Wide-ranging experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. * Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. * Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. * A minimum of 5 years business analysis experience, preferably in Medicaid and/or healthcare Thanks, Pavan Ling Technologies, Inc.
