Duration: 12+ months Local candidates preferred Skills/Experience: Six or more years of application programming in an Object Orient design environment and development with J2EE Six or more years of application programming in an Oracle environment with some or all of the following: HTTP and XML based services, TIFF/PDF handling, , Web-based components (JSP, XSLT), Portal, Portlet design components, WebSphere, WebSphere Portal and Java JINI services, Struts, Swing, Spring, Apache, Tomcat, Java Design Patterns (GOF), etc. Experience working with appropriate application programming, programming languages and analysis procedures Experience working with software, systems applications and network markets Experience working with the business environments, market needs and competition Experience working with company software and hardware products and client software need and hardware equipment Experience working with data warehousing standards, strategies and tools, and company testing methodologies and other relevant technical procedures Strong interpersonal skill to interact with customers and team members Strong communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lead others on the project team Required Skills: 1. 7+ yrs of exp in Java/J2EE, WebSphere Portal with very good communication skills. 2. HTTP and XML based services 3. Web-based components (JSP) 4. Portal, Portlet design components 5. Java: JINI services, Struts, Swing, Spring, Java Design Patterns (GOF), etc. Desired Skills: 1. Java: JDBC, Servlet and Portlet. 2. Problem solving or Trouble shooting skills.
