*If you have exact match for the below requirement please send me the most updated resume along with contact details to discuss ASAP...* * * Please send your resumes to *[email protected]* <[email protected]> * * ** ** *Profile* · Must possess organizational proficiencies to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with general supervision. · Must be a team player and have the ability to interact with multiple levels of personnel within the organization. · Must be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution. · Must have strong problem solving skills and be able to come up with creative and flexible solutions. *Essential Duties* · Provides Sys Admin on IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS), Websphere Portal, and Tivoli Access Manager (WebSEAL) environments. · Provides troubleshooting support for Portal and WAS outages. · Apply emergency software patches when required. · As part of Sys Admin team, provides administration for over 70 applications in Portal/WAS platform. · Supports project/development teams during development/implementation phases of projects. · Monitors WAS and Websphere Portal environment for performance and up-time. · Keeps all the environments (Development, QA, Pre-Prod and Production) synchronized and current. · Works as point of contact with IBM during upgrades and problem resolution. · Works in project teams as allocated resource. · Provides technical advice in equipment evaluation, selection and installation for existing and new WAS and Portal environment. · Recommends improvements in standards, procedures, controls to ensure the continual function of WAS, Portal and WebSEAL environment. · Establish/enhance deployment standards and help enforce with partner teams. · Continually revises operational documentation of configuration of all IBM Websphere Application Server and Websphere Portal applications. · Works with Information Security team to test and apply security changes or patches to IBM Websphere Application Server and Websphere Portal environment. · Coordinates with IT Risk Management on overall security within IBM Websphere Application Server and Websphere Portal environments. · Participates in audits of IBM Websphere Application Server and Websphere Portal environment. · Supports both production and non-production instances. *Requirements:* · *Total of 6 - 8 Years experience in technical environment with server software installation, administration, and support.* · *3 - 5+ years of experience in Web Application Server (WAS) 6.0 and Websphere Portal 5.1 Administration.* · *Experience in administrating the infrastructure for Websphere Portal, Application Servers (Websphere, WebLogic, etc.), Web Servers (IBM Http Server, IIS, etc.), Web Services, XML, HTML, and Networking protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, etc.).* · *Must have significant experience with Web browser technologies (IE, Firefox, Safari, AOL, etc.) and the Internet.* · Familiarity with eDirectory 8.7.x LDAP command line is a plus. · Experience with RDBMS (Oracle and DBS) and SQL a strong plus. · Experience with Mercury monitoring tool is a plus.
