Role: Sr. SAP HR Expert Location: SFO, CA Duration: 3-6 months Description: Looking for Senior SAP Expert with 8 years experience in SAP, US Public Sector, Human Capital Management, HR and Payroll Modules. Project is to provide customization for the above modules. Requirements: - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience in design, development, unit test and implementing complex programs across all HRMS SAP HCM related modules: OM/PA, Time Management, Payroll, Grievance, ESS, MSS, Benefits, and Financials. - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience performing complex configuration changes across the same modules. - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience in application development maintenance for complex technology solutions using SAP-related development tools such as ABAP, Smart Forms, SAPScript, and BSP across multiple environments and modules. - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience in application design, analysis, and documentation. - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience with full lifecycle testing (unit, and system integration). - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and troubleshooting ability of all SAP HCM modules (OM/PA, Time Management, Payroll, Grievance, ESS, MSS, Benefits, and Financials). - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience in customizing SAP HCM modules. - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience working with Tax Reporter, Payroll Rules and Schemas. - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated experience working with SAP transport system with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Minimum of eight (8) years demonstrated ability to work through critical and complex issues within tight timelines.
