6+ years experience with MS SQL (including MS SQL 2005 or 2008) building,

5+ years of experience with TSQL, Stored Procedures, SSIS, XML
5+ years of experience in Database Application Design and Development.

As a customer data base developer, you will design and develop processes for
capturing and analyzing customer information in order to identify how best
to design products to meet customers needs. You will need to be able to
create, replicate and/or change processes as required by varying customer
needs. You will prepare data for use in analytics, as well as design and
generate reports to help our company accurately match customers with
appropriate solutions. You will utilize advanced modeling techniques. The
data bases developed will be used for capturing and analyzing operational
data related to the performance of client offering targeted metrics. You
will provide project insight, staff mentoring, education, and leadership in
developing staff, processes and tools to be used to reduce the time to
deliver project deliverables.
