Job Title: IT Governance Analyst*
The Governance Analyst will ensure all governance processes, decision
rights, tools and reporting processes are set up appropriately with the
virtual governance team during Transition. The Governance Analyst will also
work with the Regional Infrastructure Managers to create processes to ensure
overall service performance and quality. After go-live the Governance
Analyst will be responsible for all day-to-day governance activities
associated with the Infrastructure Outsouring service provider.
*Key Accountabilities:*
Cooridnate the development of the governance program with BG IT stakeholders
Drives the creation of governance processes
Assists IBM in developing Service Level metrics on behalf of BG
Ensures virtual governance teams understands their roles and
responsibilities
Directs IBM to establish governance reports on behalf of BG
Ensures all Governance Transition milestones are met on time
Enforces Transition project deadlines and schedules for Governance
Develops Governance stakeholder communications during Transition
Assists with the development of the Relationship Scorecard during Transition
*Experience needed:*
* *
12+ years in depth infrastructure expertise in IT including experience in
Strategy and Operations.
3+ years of experience with the management of major outsourcing contracts
Background in people management, financial responsibility and business
decision-making
Degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required
Demonstrated experience developing and managing internal and external
business relationships
