Configuration Management Analyst
Location: West Point PA.
Duration - Sept 1 through Dec 2010 (Possibilities of extensions)
Required Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills with telecommunications for follow
up
· 2 years proven experience with Remedy Asset Administration and
ability to track and research applications to Infrastructure relationships
· Minimum of 2 yrs proven experience as a Configuration Management
Analyst
· 2 to 5 years of Oracle SQL Experience – Must be proficient in
creating SQL and running reports
· Excellent Document skills, create reports and create Powerpoint
presentations
· 2 years background in BMC Remedy Enterprise Change Management
Environment
· Proficient background in at least one programming language (.NET
preferred)
· Document Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures as
required.
· Able to work independently
Desired:
· Background with ITIL v3 desired
· Experience with Project Management
Experience with SOAP, ETL or Data Integration Projects
Experience with Project Management
