EDI Production support Implementation of EDI for enrollment submitters Health care/Health insurance industry background (understanding of healthcare product offerings ie HMO/PPO/Medicare) Data mapping Workflow / activity diagrams System testing Nasco experience a plus Skillsets/Requirements: MS Suite of office products – specifically access/excel Troubleshoot systems problems, identify cause of problems, work with appropriate group to correct. Develop solutions for low to moderately complex technical and/or business issues. Review/edit/analyze and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs. Development of key business deliverables including requirements specs, use cases, system test cases training and documentation for users.
