Requirement Details: Sr/Lead Java Technical Analyst/Developer. THIS POSITION REQUIRES SPECIFIC PRODUCT EXPERTISE/EXPERIENCE IN ORACLE/ SUN OPENSSO. WILL WORK WITH EXISTING TEAM WITH EXISTING REFERENCE ARCHITECTURE TO CONTINUE TO IMPLEMENT AND INTEGRATE OPENSSO INTO THE EXISTING APPLICATION LANDSCAPE. Qualifications: This position primarily analyzes requirements and converts those requirements into a logical design. The technical analyst also understands and resolves business and technical issues and performs logical system and data modeling. Analytical • Translates functional specifications into technical design specifications. • Develops and reviews detailed program specifications from technical specifications or business requirements. • Assists in the transition of the logical models into physical models. • Analyzes and develops logical resolutions for business issues from a technical and a business perspective. • Identifies problems at the program or system level and recommends solutions. • Identifies the impact of proposed changes at a system level and on interfacing systems. • Reviews systems changes and test results. Technical • Ensures that all technical tasks necessary to successfully install the project are defined and completed. • Understands, designs, and analyzes code structure. • Provides timely and accurate support for production systems. • Identifies tasks and accurately provides time estimates required for completion of assigned tasks. • Works on multiple project tasks and appropriately prioritizes these tasks. • Reviews test plans. Communication • Works with business partners and IT staff to ensure smooth development and installation of assigned tasks. • Clearly communicates the impact on systems of proposed modifications. • Ensures and maintains clear and concise system documentation. • Reports on assigned projects’ status. Interpersonal • Has initiative to explore to resolve issues and identify solutions. • Can work alone as well as within team setting. • Knows when to escalate or engage others.
