4+ Siebel implementations experience which should include Siebel end to end implementations and multiple Siebel Sales and Service module management experience. Service Module experience is the Key requirement. Knowledge of all Key areas of Siebel like Configuration, EIM, Assignments, WF, Integration etc to understand the architect discussions and drill down to solution required for implementation Desired experience to play Gate Keeper role for Customizations approvals, New Technologies decisions and Interact with Client team for Sprint planning/execution decisions Strong Siebel Analysis, Design, Siebel Architecture and solution identification skills Proven record of lead medium to large technical teams, Offshore Team interaction experience Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes to identify areas for improvement Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to effectively express complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong presentation skills Demonstrated ability to perform in a collaborative team environment Agile and Siebel 8.1 experience will be added advantage I look forward to hear from you and hope that I can be a help in your job quest.
