migration, upgrades and support of one or more of following Rational Tools
o Clear Quest- Test Manager (CQTM) - customized workflow
development, Perl scripting / hooks, creation of email rules, queries,
charts & reports
o Clear Quest
o Clear Quest Web
o Rational Application Developer (RAD)
o Requisite Pro
• Experience in tool integrations covering Clear Case UCM,
Requisite Pro, CQTM, Build Forge, RMT, RFT & Project Console
• Good understanding of SDLC process models like RUP,
*Job Activities*
• Tool repository setup and configuration
• Develop / Configure reporting specific to team
• Response to Service Desk calls for incidents associated with
above tools
• Resolve incidents across incident categories like: Assistance,
Installation, Access, Application Error, Connectivity, etc
• Provide training and mentoring for tools and practices
