*Job Title *** *QA Analyst *** *Responsibilities*** · Work closely with the IT team (project managers, analysts, off shore developers) in planning, executing, and documenting testing. · Work with IT and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application. · Work independently to review the supporting documentation and existing functionality to design/perform quality assurance testing. · Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. · Work closely with key users to initiate UAT testing. · Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. · Tasks will include test plan definition, QA testing and error tracking. · Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals · Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management. · Work closely with the project managers and director to ensure that the needs of the users are satisfied in all *Required Skills *** · Minimum 6 years QA testing experience with at least 1 year in the entertainment industry. · Ability to read design documents and use cases in order to know if test plan is complete. · Proficient in creating and executing manual test cases. · Ability to work on a web based application. · Proficient with Microsoft Office · Strong critical thinking skills, to determine if solution makes business or functional sense. · Strong analytical skills, solutions oriented ,Strong multi-tasking skills. · Excellent written and oral communications – ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, both business and IT. · Must be able to articulate complex application concepts in layman’s terms. · Strong customer focus. · Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work in a team and to be a collaborator. · Strong documentation skills. · Ability to work within an aggressive schedule. · BS Degree in MIS, Information Technology; or business related degree is required. *Work Site: * * *** Los Angeles ,CA *Duration *** 12 Months *Expected Start Date: *** 1/23/2012 *Number of Positions*** 1 Please send your responses back to *[email protected]* * * Thanks *Arun* *Recruiting Team * *SOLUTION IT INC Work: 678-528-8443* *Fax : 781-253-0476* * URL: http://solutionit.com/* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business Objects User Group" group.
