Client/server or Web application experience as a developer,
functional/technical architect, or test analyst (preferred)

In-depth knowledge of multiple browser, OS, and computing platforms
and associated design considerations
Experience with unit testing practices and tools

Familiarity with human factors engineering and user-centered design
concepts
Knowledge of XML, Java, Struts, and JSP, including how these impact design
Familiar with the fundamental technical operation of Web browsers

Demonstrated ability to work closely with Software Architects and
Developers to develop robust solutions
