Essential Duties/Functions: (Duties and functions which are essential to successful performance in the position) • Develop reports utilizing Business Objects Crystal Reports. • Coordinate the development of SSIS packages and stored procedures as needed. • Support the Finance Division by providing them the information necessary to produce accurate invoices in order to generate revenue. • Supports the Operational Division by providing the information necessary to meet client SLAs, and reconcile all work processed. • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
