Position Responsibilities
• Develop test strategies, cases and scripts from functional and business
requirements.
• Plan, test and report the results of manual and automation testing.
• Identify and document defects and interact with development staff to
isolate and resolve them.
• Proactively work with Networking and Server teams to resolve testing
issues.
• Follow departmental standards and guidelines.
• Develop technical documentation and make presentations to diverse types
of audiences (technical staff, users, management).
Education
• B.S., B.A. in computer science, engineering or a related discipline.
Experience:
• At least five years of experience in automation testing is required.
• At least three current years of experience using the HP QualityCenter,
QTP and Microsoft Visual Studio Test Professional 2010
• At least three current years of experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with an Agile development approach.
• Experience with one or more databases (e.g., Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL).
• Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies in
midrange and PC computing environments.
• Strong past automotive receivable systems experience is desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal are required).
• Ability to work unsupervised and the ability to multi-task.
• Skill in applying knowledge and techniques to solve problems.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to
establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in the
team.
