Configuration opportunity in Lawrenceville working on a 9 month contract
with a team that's embarking upon a SAP CRM upgrade from Version 5 to 7. In
this role you will be responsible for assisting with Blueprinting sessions;
configuration of the SAP CRM system; liaise with Security resource to
define the Business role and requirements; define final processes; provide
optimal resource allocation; and other various tasks. Hands-on experience
is required and includes: an understanding at the configuration level of
Help Desk Master and Transaction Data (Organizational Models, Product
Master, Activity Mgmt, etc.); and experience reporting (including saved
searches, transaction analyzer, etc.). Ideal candidate also has experience
communicating with Developers in the areas of Screen Enhancements,
BOL/GENIL, and Easy Enhancement Workbench. To be considered for this role
you must have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in CRM, have at least 4
implementations of SAP CRM (at least one upgrade and one implementation).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
One upgrade in either CRM 2007 or version 7 either as Team Leader or
Configuration consultant.
One end to end implementation in V5, 2007 or version 7 where role was
that of CRM configuration consultant within CRM interaction center.
Microsoft Office Products – Word , Excel and Visio.
SAP Certification would be advantageous.
Upgrade knowledge of CRM Enhancement Pack 1 and 2 would be advantageous.
Telephony Integration Configuration/Knowledge would be beneficial.
