Position: Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst Location: Northern NJ Duration: 1 year + ///Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst///Northern NJ///1 year + Job Description: Responsible for supporting the Medicare Part D processes. Qualifications: 1-3 years relevant analytic experience; healthcare field preferred BA/BS degree preferred Previous report/model development experience desired – ability to extract and manipulate large files in excel, mainframe systems Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills – solutions oriented Understanding of database systems and design in Access or SAS or SQL Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in writing business, functional and/or technical requirements preferred Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team as well as able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work within a tight deadline Medicare Part D knowledge Perform ad hoc analytics as needed Understand CMS regulations, data files, data file requirements that support Medicare D processes. Interface with various groups Create and manage SOP’s, Use Cases, Checklists and process flows.
