They will work closely with both the business users and the programming staff throughout the system development life cycle. The business analysts will work with the business representatives to document the current process. They will also gather the new business requirements and then assist in the development of the functional and detail system design for the new systems. They will develop test conditions and assist Application Development staff with Integration/System Testing.
