Should have lead Hyperion Planning implementations right from Requirements gathering, design, build, testing and roll out 2. Strong Technical skills on Hyperion Essbase and Planning, preferably ver 11x and Higher 3. Should be able to lead a team of onsite & offshore Essbase/planning developers through various stages of the project 4. Excellent communication and client facing skills. Should be able to develop And build strong relationships with client managers to sustain and gain business 5.
