All candidates MUST have Autosys experience. **Must have · Major financial company experience · 10+ Years of Crystal Reports experience · Autosys Scheduler · 3-5+ years’ experience developing complex Reports using Business Objects Crystal Reports 2008 and Web Intelligence XI R3.x/4. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: · Create and modify high performance Business Intelligence solutions including Business Objects XI software provided through the use of Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, Universe Designer, and Xcelsius options. · Contribute to the analysis and the development of recommendations for improvements to the reporting process · Partner with the LFG Business Intelligence lead and the Implementation Partner lead to ensure successful delivery of the business intelligence solutions · Development and testing of Business Objects universes and associated reports POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS: · BA/BS degree with five plus years of relevant experience. · 5+ years’ experience developing complex Reports using Business Objects Crystal Reports 2008 and Web Intelligence XI R3.x/4. · Creating reports against the Database or Business Objects Universes. · Excellent SQL skills using RDBMS databases, including Oracle Database, MS SQL and DB2. · Experience and advanced understanding of Relational and Data Warehouse DBMS environment. · Strong analytical skills. · Understanding of Business Objects security, scheduling and distribution strategies. · Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into reporting solution. · complex reporting, sorting, filtering, grouping, sub-reports · Strong team player with ability to work both independently and as part of a team across multiple locations, self-starter. · Proven background improving process quality and providing system automation recommendations and strategies to manage solutions and data efficiently. · Strong SDLC process knowledge. · Willingness to mentor junior staff. · Effective oral and written communication skills. · Work in a collaborative office environment with other developers, business analysts, and a project management team.
