Duration: 6 9 Months

MUST HAVES:
MySQL database experience
JSON Restful services with Jersey/Jackson
Maven and GitHub.
Apache, Tomcat and SUSE Linux
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developer is responsible for requirements gathering, design and
implementation of modified and/or new J2EE based applications. Developer is
responsible for coordinating releases and managing change control process.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Work with applications team to design, develop and implement changes
to existing applications.
Work with applications team to design, develop and implement new
applications.
Coordinate with other applications teams as well as Enterprise
Infrastructure teams on this development and implementation.
SKILLS:
4 or more years Java/J2EE development experience
EJB
JSP
Java Scripts
Ability to multi-task
Good coordination and organization skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong customer service and conflict management skills.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred)
The following qualifications would be helpful but not required:
Struts
Experience with web services
Websphere
RAD
Clearcase UCM
Familiarity with Linux / Unix
Oracle PL/SQL
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT:
BS in computer science or related field.
