Functionality delivered supports all Group Insurance products and business functions as well as Client enterprise portfolio delivery. Reports to the Application Development Manager. Skills: a.. 3 + years Technical expertise combined with drive and communication skills to help establish a Java development practice and an application integration platform for Group IT. b.. 3+ Outstanding expertise in Java Enterprise software development and Enterprise Application Integration using Spring and Spring Integration. c.. 3+ Experience with the JBoss platform and MS SQL Server. d.. Solid understanding of software development best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration) and different software development methodologies (agile, waterfall). e.. Analytical thinker and hands-on problem solver who excels at getting new team members up to speed. f.. Result driven mindset and ability to communicate with people at all management levels. g..
