Job TItle : Business Analyst Location : Redwood City, CA Duration : 6+ month Rate : $40/hr C2C ///Business Analyst ///Redwood City, CA///6+ month Job Description : I am looking for a candidate who fits in as a IT Operations Business Analyst, here is a brief job responsibilities & requirements. Acting as the business analyst on key IT Operations projects, coordinating both within IT and across key business customers Evaluating IT Operations processes and customer business requirements, and leveraging ITIL or similar process management concepts to set strategy and drive process improvements throughout IT Owning, managing, and evolving key operational processes Ensuring Operating Level Agreements (OLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are up to date, reviewed, and agreed to with IT customers. Manage requirement gathering for Incident, Change and Problem management requirements Managing the oversight and delivery of technical documentation to be used across IT operations Maintaining the knowledge base for OLA, SLA’s, IT Operation’s policies and procedures Requirements A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in IT process improvement methodologies and tools (ITIL preferred) A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience as a business analyst, gathering customer requirements and successfully contributing to the full project lifecycle as a business analyst Experience with ITIL processes like Incident management, Change and Problem management is a plus Familiarity with Infrastructure management and business requirement gathering Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills In-depth understanding of current future state IT processes Effective negotiation and influencing skills. ======================================================================================= Thanks and Regards, Tony Wilson | -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Business Objects User Group" group.
